The Annual Ecumenical Sea Sunday Service will be held on Sunday 13th May at 11 a.m. in St Multose Church. The purpose of the Service is to commemorate those who have died at sea, to pray for the safety of those who work at sea as well as for those who use the sea for recreation. Also to support those who would respond to a marine emergency. A collection is made for the RNLI and The Mission to Seafarers.
After the Service, a wreath is laid at the Seamen's Memorial followed by the Blessing of the Boats.
PLEASE NOTE! This will be Cannon David Williams' last Sea Sunday Service before his retirement in June.
